Brasserie Lipp-Outdoor Dining
Brasserie Lipp-Outdoor Dining is premium and usually limited. For the Brasserie Lipp, bringing aspects of outdoor dining into their indoor dining area and maximizing space was the goal.
The Panora retractable glass wall and windows provided the solution. With a touch of a button, the operable glass walls transition into open space requiring no additional effort.
Brasserie Lipp-Outdoor Dining : The French know that open-air dining, bringing in the external, delivers something extra to the dining experience as well as makes good use of all available space.
Using the Panora operable walls and retractable windows allow for versatility. If the weather turns unfavorable, a simple click of the button returns the walls and windows to their closed positions while still allowing patrons to gaze out upon the city streets with wide-open, panoramic views.
Panora Retractable Glass Walls are Different!
Panora uses vertical retraction to move glass panels up and down. For glass wall and glass door applications, the panels open in the up position permitting passage underneath. For window walls, Panora opens by consolidating panels in the down position, creating a built-in balustrade.
In either case, Panora creates an opening of 66% to 75% of the rough opening (depending on number of panels used). This equates to 100% of the truly useable space.
Integration Options
Panora is a versatile product. Anywhere you can imagine a glass wall, you may also imagine the advantages of an operable or retractable wall. Windows are commonplace. But retractable windows are distinct. Standard doors open and close without a glance but a retractable glass door will “raise” the eyebrows.
In fact, Panora is appropriate anywhere that requires distinctive and operable architectural solutions. It is versatile in sizing, in finishes, and in the number of panels used. Panora is the only retractable glass window, door, or wall system that can integrate both shades and screens.
