Comfort and aesthetics were top priorities in the vision for a dream living space. One of the most exciting ideas was transforming the large upper-floor balcony into a space that could be enjoyed in every season, not just during summer.

A wintergarden inspired the concept. The goal was to have a balcony that felt open and connected to nature when desired, yet could transform into a cozy, enclosed retreat during colder months. That vision became reality with the use of vertical retracting windows.

Installed in three units, this elegant system with its sleek design and 20 mm double-glazed insulation was the perfect solution for the balcony, spanning 3.3 meters in width and 2.5 meters in height. With the windows open, the panoramic views of the sea take center stage. When closed, the space becomes a warm, protected haven ideal for any season.

This installation was more than just a balcony upgrade. It was a lifestyle enhancement that offered comfort, flexibility, and year-round enjoyment.
